While conventional Western medicine is primarily what we offer to treat and heal our patients, integrative, Eastern medicine can also be used to supplement your pet’s care. Sometimes, prescription medications may not be effective or safe for your dog or cat. In such situations, we can explore pet acupuncture, chiropractic, rehabilitation, and other therapies as viable options with the goal of achieving a better health outcome for your pet.

Veterinary acupuncture is similar to human acupuncture. Dr. McCormick uses hair-thin needles, which are placed at nerve centers around the body. When the needles are placed, they stimulate the release of various healing and pain-relieving chemicals, including endorphins.
